Rubashkin and his cronies have gotten so desperate lately thatI have heard lately that he is threatening to expose the former vaad hakohol for misappropiating 475k. The former Vaad laughs at all of his stupid threats because unlike him they are clean. If thats not enough, hes even sending anonymous Emails threatening to lock up Rabbi Shwei Shlita for some imaginary crime. I think its time to pull the gloves off and tell the truth about who this scoundrel is. It has recently been discovered that a building that was bought by the previous Vaad on Kingston ave in order to expand on services for the CHJCC, has recently been sold in a private transaction between Moshe Rubashkin and a private contractor from Crown Heights. In order to effectuate the sale he fraudulently signed as the authorizing officer even though he wasnt and has pocketed over 400k from this transaction. None of that money ever made it to the accounts of the Council since the sale was a private sale. He has used the money for his private wars including the phony elections . This a modern day robin hood who thinks that if he gives out charity with some of the money that it justifies stealing it. This theft is much worse than anything Dovid Fisher did. The reason is simple. Fisher himself purchased the properties and renovated them and looked for loans. Although he was acting as an agent of the community he felt that since he built it up, hes therefore some type of a partner in the deal. Rubashkin, however had nothing to do with acquiring any property. He just simply misrepresented himself in a legal document and took all the proceeds for himself. This only the tip of the iceberg. Chanina has an obligation to prosecute this case until the very end.

Are you afraid of the truth? What post 6 wrote is absolutely true. The property belonged to the shchuna, was acquired by the former Vaad Hakohol . Moshe Rubashkin is selling community assets to fund and further his own political aspirations. It is also true that he fraudently signed as the managing partner of the LLC that sold the property, but out of kindness and goodheartedness of the people he tramples on they are withholding this information in order not to cause him and his family any grief by getting him into real trouble.

Moshe, put politics on hold for a second and tell us where IS the money from 252 Kingston?

Youre kidding me, you guys sold a building that belonds to the council to plug operating expenses????? Did the council meet and discuss this? was there a vote? I cant believe that a an appreciating piece of real estate was used to fund expense gaps. Everybody knows that the previous Vaad bought the building with a grant from the city for bopkes and it was put into an entity that was supposed to protect against these kind of shenanigans. I wonder if the sale was on the up and up. Im sure the holder has title insurance that will compensate the community adequately.

They are probably holding on to the money and will use it to pay Rabbi Scwei who has not been paid in several months and is still owed wages from last year. The Vaad has adopted a new way od punishing Rabbi Schwei, withholding his salary and calculating deductions in a way that he has to pay the maximum in taxes.
